Sub-Domains |
A subdomain is a way of referencing a subdirectory within your domain with an easy to remember URL. An example of this is http://support.yourdomain.com. You could visit that URL instead of going to http://www.yourdomain.com/support. The cost for this is a one time $10 setup fee, there are no extra ongoing fees. |

Unique IP Address |
A unique IP address is necessary if you intend to secure your own domain (e.g. https://www.yourdomain.com). The cost for this is a $75 annual fee, there are no extra setup fees for CSR generation or installation of your secure certificate. You will however need to purchase the secure certificate from an authorized certification authority. We recommend http://www.geotrust.com. |

Extra Disk Space |
If you need more than 1000mb of space we charge $10 per month for 500 extra MB (sold in 500mb blocks). |

Extra Bandwidth |
Up to 20GB of bandwidth is free per month (this is data transferred to and from your site, beyond this the cost is $15 per 5GB block. |

Search Engine Submission |
We submit your URL to thousands of search engines, this includes all the major search engines. The submission is the same as if you went to each search engine and listed your site manually using an 'Add URL' service. This service does not guarantee listing, as this is obviously in the hands of the search engine. The charge for this is $75, your site will be submitted monthly for 12 months. |

FailOver |
Failover provides a second copy of your site on a separate server, plus an automatic failover system that sends visitors to your site to an online server, even if the primary server is offline. We charge $125 per year for this service. |

Domain Pointer |
This points a second domain to the exact same site as your primary domain. We charge a one time $10 setup fee for this and no extra ongoing fees. This also sets up the domain pointer as a synonym domain (this means emails sent to info@maindomain.com and info@domain pointer.com will go to the same mailbox). Note: You cannot point a domain pointer to a subdirectory within a main domain, it must point to the same home page. |
